1) Get vaccinated: According to the CDC, vaccination is the single best way to protect against the flu.
2) Wash hands: Wash hands frequently to keep germs away from our body. Use soap and water or hand sanitizer.
3) Stay home if not feeling well: Take care of yourself and your child. Stay at home to keep from spreading germs to others.
4) Cough into your elbow: Bacteria and viruses are more likely spread by hand (by touch). Cough into elbows.
