The Pediatric Associates Foundation was proud to participate in the first annual South Florida Water Safety Symposium on Friday, March 3, and is continuously working to engage and educate the community about drowning prevention. The Water Safety Symposium united aquatic professionals, health care professionals and both public and private community organizations from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach to collaborate on drowning prevention messaging and strategies.
Your children are our future. Drowning is the number one cause of accidental death in children age one to five years old. There is something you can do to prevent drowning.
