Our first visit to Pediatric Associates was honestly amazing. We recently switched my daughters’ pediatrician to this office and we are so happy with the experience. The place is new, everything is spotless, clean, modern, and beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional. My daughters are now seeing Dr. Roques and Nurse were incredible. The appointment was truly 10/10. He has such a great sense of humor, knows how to connect with kids naturally, and made my daughters feel comfortable right away. One thing I really appreciated was how thoughtfully he communicated with me during the visit. There were certain topics he needed to discuss with me privately, and he was able to speak in a way that my 6-year-old daughter would not fully understand since it was not information she needed to worry about. That level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and experience really stood out to me. Another huge plus is that the office speaks both English and Spanish, which makes families feel even more comfortable and understood. We left feeling so happy and at peace with our decision. Honestly, it’s one of those places you almost don’t want to recommend because you want to keep it as your little hidden gem 😂, but they truly deserve all the good reviews. Highly recommend.
