All patients have 24/7 telehealth with doctors on KidzDocNow if you cant make it to the doctors office of you're traveling.

This place is great! I don't think enough people review positive experience, and it honestly made it hard for me to find a pediatrician for my newborn. Im here to tell you this place is great! Pros: -Dr. Claudia Landaeta is wonderful! Very knowledgable, doesnt rush me, refers me to specialists for everything my baby needs to thrive and stay healthy -Big waiting room! A side for well guests and "not so well" so the sick kids arent near your healthy one. They also have an individual room for newborns that is first come first serve, which is great for their delicate immune systems! The room was available for us 4 out of 5 times we went -All patients have 24/7 telehealth with doctors on KidzDocNow if you cant make it to the doctors office of you're traveling -Everyone is very kid friendly, waiting room and treatments are decorated in a kid friendly way. Lots of bathrooms in the office and all have ample space for changing -They have a ton of locations near me. Miami Beach, Midtown and Brickell are all just 15 mins away if I cant get in my primary location (miami beach) which i had to do once. Brickell location hd great service too! Cons -$5 to park -Good doctors occasionally do not have appointments available. Book in advance since you know the vaccine schedule! They do have a lot of good doctors for when your primary is not available -They have an odd step that you do a virtual review of your file with someone on an iPad before your burse checks the vitals, and before the doctor. Not sure if thats a way to bill for a "telehealth" but you're already in the room -They break for lunch and do not always return on time for appointments. Also, one time i had an appt scheduled and there was a sign on the door that the whole office was in a meeting. Not sure why I was scheduled at that time, but perhaps it was an emergency, unplanned meeting.
