I had an amazing experience with Dr. Garter and his team, especially Tiffiany Mickel and Leila Gonzalez. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, attentive, and truly caring. I made sure to take down their names. My daughter went in for a sore throat, and they made what could have been a stressful visit feel completely comfortable and reassuring. She was even wearing her Bluey ears, and the staff were so sweet and engaging with her—it really helped put her at ease. Dr. Garter was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated as a parent. Tiffiany and Leila, who sit towards the back of the office, were just as incredible—kind, gentle, and very attentive throughout the entire visit. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. They treated my daughter with compassion and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly goes above and beyond!
