the employees are always pleasant.

I've been taking my daughter here since she was an infant . I have no complaints, easy scheduling online the employees are always pleasant its always clean and service is prompt. When you explain the issue your baby no questions asked. It's not like somme drs u go to they give u a medicine that doesn't work and have to keep making follow up apps, NO NOT THIS PRACTICE THEIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS ADEQUATE AND ON POINT ! LOVE THE DRS THERE AND THE CARE THEY GIVE AND SHOW . and if u need an apt but cant make it during the week cause of work schedule they even are open On Saturdays and thats reaaaaaaallllll big PLUS!

I’m really pleased with the direction this practice is heading and grateful to feel confident again in my children’s care.

Both of my children have been patients here since they were born, and this office has truly been part of our lives for many years. When our longtime doctor retired and the practice transitioned to new ownership with additional doctors, I’ll be honest—it took some time to adjust. There was a period where I even considered finding a new pediatric office. However, since seeing Dr. Kendra, I can confidently say how happy I am with the care we are receiving. Dr. Kendra is attentive, compassionate, thorough, and truly makes both myself and my children feel comfortable and heard. The staff has also been wonderful and welcoming. I do also enjoy that they have a Sebring location and she goes back and forth between both locations! Now I don’t have to travel so far when kids are sick. Transitions can be challenging, but I’m really pleased with the direction this practice is heading and grateful to feel confident again in my children’s care.

Dr. Lukert and Staff are always so nice! They take the time to listen to any concern without judgement (I ask pretty ridiculous questions since this is my first and don't know what is normal or not). Staff is always friendly . DRS ARE GREAT And nurse Practione are Great and my baby doesnt even cry when she visits so thats a plus and shes 2 !
