I would love to be able to talk to my doctor’s office easily but it is a good alternative.

I normally go to the largo office but I had the pleasure of being able to speak to the Clearwater office. I spoke to someone at front desk and had many questions about labs that were ordered for my daughter. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions with such patience! Even the questions she didn’t quite know the answer to she was so fast to go and ask and tell me right away on the phone. I am not a fan of the call center at all but the first time I mentioned it a lady explained the portal they offer and how if I put in a message to the doctor they will call you right away. It worked really well, of course not ideal because I would love to be able to talk to my doctor’s office easily but it is a good alternative. I would definitely recommend this doctor’s office solely from my one conversation with them!
