Every single person we encountered today were so kind and helpful. This office answered right away, got us an appointment next day, guided me on how to switch the healthy kids assigned pcp, and then got us in, the admin girls, the nurse and Dr Rasheedah were all so patient with my daughter, she has some behavioral quirks and we had to get caught up on vaccines and get a physical done for another procedure, they did absolutely everything for us today with grace and kindness and smiles on their faces. Clean and quiet lobby and patient rooms too! Thank you all so much.

Staff was great with answering questions and not being inpatient or condescending. My daughter has no fear of shots anymore. Staff was quick and precise!
