The office is always clean.

I have been going to this office for about 4 years and both my son and my daughter see Maria. I never waited a hour to be seen. On an average I am seen within 15min and maybe 30 min one time. The office is always clean and the nurses who take their vitals are always nice. I am very picky on who our doctors are so when I moved here and first met Maria I knew moving forward I wanted only her to take care of my kids. She is kind, nice and great with my kids. She always makes sure all her bases are covered and very observant. She has seen 4 years of my kids growth and my kids are comfortable with her. Thank you Maria for your love and kindness.

We had a great experience today. I called the office to describe my 2-year-old’s symptoms, and the person I spoke with was polite, helpful, and thorough. They recommended we come in and helped schedule an appointment right away—we were seen within the hour, which I really appreciated. Dr. Christina Smith was attentive, engaging, and very respectful of my toddler. She took the time to explain what she was seeing, provided clear guidance for treatment, and gave straightforward instructions for follow-up. The entire visit felt calm, efficient, and reassuring. Mrs. Spivey was very helpful with checking us in.

I would like to give recognition to Brian, Greg and Latanya Spivey at this location. My daughter had a well check on Saturday November 8th at 10:45am. Mrs. Spivey was very helpful with checking us in because the new system would not allow me to Pre-Checkin ahead of time so when we got there, our paperwork was ready to go. The whole staff there that Saturday we're amazing. As soon as we sought down, Greg called us in and handled my daughter with 100% care, from beginning to the end. He explained everything he would be doing in the visit and even when it came to my daughter to receive her three injections, his professional kept me calm. Brian, is such a sweetie. He made our visit so relaxed and he listened to my daughter's concerns.We didn't feel like another number or rushed. Since I've been living in PSL and going to this location, I prefer my daughter's to always see Brian. Thank y'all so much for always taking such good care of my daughter's, since our first visit.

My daughter has gone to this practice since she was born. And we don’t want to switch doctors, but please do something about these rude ladies at the front desk.
