I admire my parents because they both worked hard to support me through my education and without them I could not have become a doctor.

Fitness
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I was inspired to work in pediatrics because I wanted to make a positive impact in the lives or children and families.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
As a pediatrician, I use active listening to make parents and patients feel heard and understood. I comfort scared or anxious patients by being empathetic to their circumstances and I use humor when appropriate to diffuse tension.
