I wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved five-star review to the incredible staff at Pediatric Associates on Jenks Avenue—Jessica A, Joselyn, Brittany, Amber, Ashley, Austin, Amanda, and Stephanie. Every single one of them goes above and beyond to make families feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. One experience really stood out to me. I had to bring in two of my older children for shots, and as any parent knows, that can be stressful. Stephanie kindly held my newborn so I could focus on my other kids, which meant so much in that moment. While we were getting ready, two other staff members even prepped everything outside the room to keep things calm and smooth. They reassured my kids by telling them they were just checking their muscles and making sure they were growing, which helped ease their nerves. I distracted them with my phone, and before they even realized it, both of them got their shots at the same time. It was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free—no fear, no tears. That level of care and thoughtfulness is something you don’t see everywhere. This team consistently goes the extra mile to make sure children feel safe and unafraid, and it truly makes a difference. On top of that, they are always funny, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The atmosphere is warm and positive every time we visit. The only small issue we’ve ever had hasn’t been with the office itself, but with the call center. Because of that, we usually just stop by the office to schedule appointments, which honestly ends up being easier anyway. We transferred here from another pediatrician, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. The entire staff treats us like family, and that kind of genuine care is priceless. I highly recommend Pediatric Associates on Jenks Avenue to any parent looking for a team that truly goes above and beyond.

Every single doctor—Derek, McKenna, Lynn, and Jessica—is absolutely amazing. They don’t just see patients; they take the time to really get to know each child, paying close attention to their individual needs, personalities, and concerns. What makes this practice so special is how personal everything feels. They show such a detailed and sincere interest in every child they meet, never rushing through appointments and always making sure both the kids and parents feel heard and understood. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly knowledgeable but also so warm and attentive. Over time, I’ve come to know Derek, McKenna, Lynn, and Jessica like family—because that’s exactly how they treat us. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment, and it truly makes all the difference. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for my children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric team that genuinely cares. Also, for reference, we switched from Dr Ebid’s office. He is too old (in my opinion) to be practicing. I feel as if he is a bit too rough with children and how he talks to parents. Also, his office staff is rude and extremely unprofessional.
