What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My passion for pediatrics comes from the joy and energy that children bring into every room. Children are naturally innocent, and I love witnessing their growth and development, supporting them through challenges, and celebrating their milestones. Building relationships with both children and their families allows me to make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being, and guiding them from infancy through adolescence is deeply rewarding. Pediatrics combines my passion for medicine with the opportunity to nurture, educate, and empower the next generation.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I have strong listening skills, compassion, and empathy; which enable me to provide individualized care and build trust with patients and their families. Having worked in several different states and completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology, I am well-equipped to care for patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
I strive to build positive rapport with patients and their families by practicing active listening, clear communication, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that care is both personalized and compassionate.
