What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
Inside Out, Frozen,
What is your favorite children's book and why?
Am I allowed to choose one of the books I wrote myself? If so, "With my bear hands" by Gina Colaizzo. It's a book about hand washing I created during Covid and I feel proud of the creative story line as well as the execution.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
Beanie Babies. I had a pretty big collection.
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My Dad. He passed away four years ago but I still think about him often and use the things he taught me every day. He is a part of who I am and still inspires me constantly.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Painting Murals, exercising (run, swim, cycle, weightlifting), building model boats, watersports (eFoil, stand-up jet ski, scuba).
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
Inspired by the movie Patch Adams, I knew that working with kids was the only way to use my personality and skills set to its fullest potential.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
Currently in school to become a dual certified psychiatric nurse practitioner to be able to better serve children with mental health needs.
