When your child isn’t feeling well and needs urgent care, getting that care quickly is essential. Pediatric Associates encourages parents to call ahead whenever possible to schedule same-day visits with their trusted pediatric care team.

But when scheduling can’t happen, it doesn’t mean you’re automatically out of luck. We know that life doesn’t always go as planned – and sometimes, you can’t plan at all. That’s why we offer limited walk-in availability at select locations.

If available in your region, additional options like our medical advice line for after hours questions and telehealth virtual appointments can also provide guidance on what you should do next. Both options put you in touch with your child’s pediatric care team from the comfort of home.

Same-day appointments are encouraged

In situations where your child needs care right away, parents are often left wondering how much a walk-in clinic visit costs – and if they don’t have coverage, how much a walk-in clinic visit is without insurance.

When your child needs quick attention, Pediatric Associates is here to help with the care team you know and trust (and with zero cost surprises). Because walk-in care is available in a limited capacity, it’s always best to schedule a same-day visit when you can. We recommend only using walk-in care when other scheduling options are not possible.
