As we begin upgrading our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system on May 1, 2025, please note that the Trimed patient portal for South Florida patients will no longer be available after June 30, 2025. For any questions or to schedule an appointment during this transition, please call 855-543-9362.
All patient statements for visits after May 1, 2025, will be sent by email or text for the first 3 months. If the balance isn’t paid, we’ll mail a paper bill in the 4th month as a last attempt to collect the balance before it is forwarded to an outside collection agency. To avoid any confusion, we recommend paying any outstanding balances by June 30, 2025.
