From the south, take I-95 or Florida's Turnpike north to Sample Road (Exit 69 on Turnpike), then head west and turn left on Lyons Road. From the west via Sawgrass Expressway (I-75), exit at Sample Road, head east, turn right on Lyons Road. From the north, take I-95 or Florida's Turnpike south to the Sample Road exit. The clinic is located 2 doors down from Anytime Fitness.
