What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
I love Home. It’s such a sweet story about family.
What is your favorite children's book?
Becoming a food explorer - I am passionate about teaching kids how to have a healthy relationship with food and their body and this book does an excellent job helping kids explore the food around them.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was a baby doll because I always wanted to be a mom.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My daughter. Because I know that she is learning from me, she inspires me to be the best version of myself everyday.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests outside of work include CrossFit, reading, and coffee.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
It’s an honor to set the standard for a child’s relationship with their doctor for the rest of their life. I have the opportunity to create a loving, trusting, accepting environment where the child feels seen, heard and valued.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I take the time to listen to my patients and their family. I meet them where they are and provide solutions that align with their goals and values.
