My bicycle was always a way to see friends and have fun.
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My parents. They both taught me the value of family, character and dedication.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Photography, genealogy and travel.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I have always enjoyed children and science and pediatrics is the perfect marriage of both interests.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I try to combine empathy, evidence-based care and fun into my visits. I treasure the long-term relationships I build with my families and patients. My joy is seeing them grow year over year into healthy young adults.
