No, David! By David Shannon, always reminded me with my own kids to be more patient….
What was your favorite childhood toy?
I enjoyed drinking tea with my dolls! With my kids, I had fun playing with Legos, foam building blocks and magnetic tiles!
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My parents inspired me to always be hard-working and follow my dreams…
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, kayaking and playing with my dog.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I love being around infants, children and teenagers and their families, and seeing them grow throughout the years!
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I have a positive attitude in life, which helps me enjoy interacting with families and their children.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
As a parent of a special needs child myself, I understand many of the challenges families go through and I am very patient and understanding with special needs patients.
