What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
The most rewarding part of being a pediatrician is watching my patients grow — from their very first steps to their first day of school, through the ups and downs of teenage years, into adulthood, and eventually parenthood themselves. There’s nothing quite like having a former patient walk into my office with a child of their own. It’s a full-circle moment that never stops being special.
Over the years, I’ve come to wear many hats: pediatrician, mentor, listener, advisor — sometimes even detective. Whether I’m offering medical guidance, providing reassurance, or just being someone to talk to, I truly value the relationships I’ve built with each family.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I believe in open communication, compassionate care, and being there every step of the way. And at the end of the day, hearing a parent say, "Thank you — your advice helped us," is the greatest reward of all.
I look forward to getting to know your family and walking alongside you as your child grows.
