A Little Spot of Emotion by Diane Alber because it acknowledges how important every child's feeling are and helps teach them recognize and navigate through their emotions.

Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My greatest inspiration are my husband and children. They make me want to strive harder to make the most out of life. They ground me but also open up my eyes to all possibilities the world has to offer.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Golf, swimming, and spending time outdoors with my husband and 3 boys.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My love for children and my easy and outgoing personality. My drive to make a difference knowing how much impact children have on the future.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I am very personable and usually takes time to know patients well. I am very easy going and makes patients and parents feel comfortable. I am very used to working with underserved community and also adjusts easily with the affluent ones. I am all about growth so new innovations in and out the clinic/medical field, I can easily learn and adjust.
