The Very Hungry Caterpillar. I vividly remember the colors and how pretty the book looked.

Who is your greatest inspiration and why?

My mother is my greatest inspiration because of her unwavering strength and resilience in the face of challenges. Her endless support and belief in my potential have been the driving force behind my own aspirations and achievements.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Reading, writing, volunteer work, cheer coach, and sewing.

What inspired you to work in pediatrics?

My inspiration to become a pediatrician stems from a combination of personal experiences and a deep-seated passion for working with children. Growing up, I had the privilege of witnessing the profound impact of compassionate healthcare providers.. I saw how their kindness and expertise could turn a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I was deeply moved by their ability to blend medical skill with genuine care. Ultimately, it’s the opportunity to advocate for children’s health, support families, and contribute to the well-being of future generations that drives my commitment to pediatrics. The idea of playing a role in helping children lead healthy, fulfilling lives motivates me every day.

What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?

As a pediatrician with specialized expertise in mental health, reproductive health, and gender-affirming care, I am committed to providing comprehensive, inclusive, and compassionate care for all my patients—meeting them where they are and supporting them as whole individuals.

I have training in taking care of special needs and medically complex patients.
