What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated cartoon is Speed Racer.
What is your favorite children's book?
Where The Wild Things Are. Favorite for all of my children and grandchildren. A child's imagination is miraculous.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was Hot Wheels.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My Wife. Most caring, giving and proper person I know.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests outside of work include spending time with family and running.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I love and genuinely care about all people and especially children. They are as real as it gets with no preconceived ideas, no prejudices and only good in their hearts.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I care and I am genuinely interested in helping parents care for their children. I go out of my way to reduce stress in my parents lives and I truly empathize with their struggles. Parents and children have an innate quality to know who cares and who is interested in their lives, and I believe that is why parents seek me out.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
I trained at a very busy hospital, and I took care of many children with special needs. The parents all have my cell phone number and they know they can access me any time day or night.
