What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My all-time favorite cartoon is Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! because it blends the excitement of the mystery-solving by the team, with Scooby’s silly behavior.
What is your favorite children's book and why?
My favorite children's book is The Little Prince because it captures the innocence and curiosity of childhood while teaching lessons on friendship, love, loss, and responsibility.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite toy as a child was the Hungry Hungry Hippos.
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My parents are my greatest inspiration because they’ve shaped my values and taught me important life lessons. Their actions and guidance, have helped me develop a deep respect for life, family, friendship, work and nature.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Catching sunsets, walking on the beach, nature walks, baking, spending time with family.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My early career as a babysitter inspired me to become a pediatrician. I was fascinated by children's curiosity, imagination, and ability to learn and develop. This experience sparked my desire to learn more about caring for kids of all ages and advocating for their health. I love the opportunity to guide parents in decisions that keep their children healthy and to be a support during difficult times.
